As a landlord they made the entire process so simply for me. Excellent service. We found exactly the right product with ease, were able to choose a convenient delivery time and arrange removal of the old appliance and fitting of the new one. There were a few problems which only became apparent when the old machine was removed, but the fitters worked hard to overcome them to get the job done.

You would have got a higher mark at the outset. A bit disappointing that on delivery day I was informed that the hob I had ordered and paid for was not brand new, but your display model. When we came in and chose our appliances, 4, Fridge, Freezer, Oven and Hob, the price you offered was based on the fact that you were supplying a display Oven, because you did not have a new one in stock, and also, an older model Fridge. I cannot help feeling that had we been aware the Hob was not new at that time there would have been a further reduction in price? We came and collected the Hob, I was further disappointed it was not boxed for protection. These factors would certainly influence future shopping decisions.

The service we received on our visit to the showroom was first class, greeted as we walked thru' the door, asked what we were looking for, taken to the area where products were displayed, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and listened to our questions. Washing Machine purchased, paperwork completed, delivery arranged within two days. The service was as expected, this is why we return to DB Domestics. This is our forth item purchased from this company, always good service.

I can’t fault the service provided. Our fridge packed up at 1pm I checked out the DB domestics website to find an alternative. I gave them a call and spoke to Tom. The one we had chosen wasn’t in stock, however he said he had an identical one, different brand in stock. I was happy with that. He was able to get it delivered the next day. The next day arrived, 9am the fridge was delivered!
Less then 24hours later we had a new fridge! Curry’s would still be thinking about it!
