A tenant had a fridge/freezer which was not operating as it should. Spoke to repairs department, they advised what to do before an engineer came out. It was deemed after this not repairable. New one ordered and with tenant in 2 days, installed and old one removed. Good advice, and quick service.

Popped into the shop in seaside road Eastbourne. Was greeted with a smile and asked what we we’re looking for. An induction hob. Was shown all on display. Told of their after care. Found one and bought. All within 30 minutes.

We received an excellent service from DB Domestics.
Our fridge/freezer broke down overnight at the end of May. We didn't want to go traipsing around all the shops for a new one! This company were recommended by someone, initially for repairs.
The customer service were vey helpful and it appeared that a new one was needed. Transferred to the sales dept. and again very knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed over the phone what replacement we needed. It was delivered the next day!! Very efficient and professional

My washing machine died and as the lady I'd bought my house from last year told me it was quite old rather than opt for a repair I went for new. Went to DB that same morning and saw the machine I wanted at a price I was happy to pay. The very following day it was delivered, installed and the old one taken away. An exceptional level of service. I always come to DB Domestics for white goods and will continue to do so.
