Ordered a new washing machine on a Saturday afternoon, the gentleman on the phone was cheerful and helpful. The machine was delivered and plumbed in ready to use on the Tuesday by lunchtime. The two delivery men were very polite and worked really quickly in removing the old machine and getting the new machine in, connected and tested all within around 15 minutes. Quality service, always support local small businesses where we can.

What a fantastic service we received after our 13 month old fridge freezer was declared Terminal by the visiting engineer.
Jodie could not have been more helpful in smoothing the way to the delivery of a new replacement appliance. We bought a small fridge as an interim measure and this was delivered the same afternoon.

We went to the store in Eastbourne to buy a tumble dryer. They had a fantastic choice, the sales person was very helpful and we bought a machine that was delivered the next morning. I rang the warehouse to find out if I could get a better idea of when it would be delivered, I spoke to a very nice gentleman who rang the driver for me and gave me the information. The delivery was easy and the machine was bought into the house, unpacked and tested to make sure it was working by the delivery man. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I have to give DB five stars and highly recommend them.
