I was in urgent need of a replacement fridge. I remembered having seen DB’s storefront on my travels, so I made straight for their shop. There were enough staff present to deal with customers. The assistant showed me to what he considered to be my best options and then left me to look around. Its advisable to bring a tape measure to the shop, which I did, so I pretty much settled on which model to go for there and then, based on price and size.

Excellent Service! The repair man arrived bang on time, and found the fault straight away, worked out the cost of the repair (repair vs new oven choice!), and complted the job in record time, leaving my kitchen spotless. Would never call anyone else. All appliances brought from DB Domestics also. Wonderful service.

Really efficient service both in store where the gentleman knew all the information on machines that fitted our needs and by the two installers who quickly and cleanly installed the machine. From walking into the store and putting my first load of washing in was barely 48 hours. Whats not to like !!!?

My washing machine poured out water yesterday morning. I rang to see when they could fit a new one to my utter relief the very kind helpful lady said tomorrow morning? I placed my order and in just under 24 hours my new machine was here and fitted by 2 very helpful young men. Fantastic service would recommend DB Domestics to anyone

The washing maching dies .a new updated model of my old sturdy Bosch arrived the next day at a very reasonable price which included the removal of dead machine and plumbing and testing of the new!

Another good experience buying from DB Domestics. Staff on the phones and doing the delivery were all very friendly and capable.
The lino in my kitchen got torn a bit on both installs I've had done but this is entirely due to it being poorly laid lino from a previous tenant and the spaces for appliances being a tight squeeze. The guy doing the install was very apologetic and kept encouraging me to call the office about it, but ultimately it wasn't his fault and I'm not sure what could even be done about it, so I don't see much point complaining. Still, his concern was much appreciated – it's the kind of thing that makes me feel vindicated choosing a local company over a larger chain.

An easy transaction: ordered online but telephoned to follow up on delivery. Straight through to a friendly and helpful person. My house is not easy to find, no parking, and there are a lot of steps involved. The two young men who delivered and removed the old washing machine were efficient and good natured. And the price was good. Excellent. Highly recommend.
