Saleswoman on telephone when I called to see if you had the items in stock and Hamin, the guy who installed the ovens. Both first class. Ovens bought and installed within 2 dsys! Would certainly recommend.

The delivery gentlemen were very efficient and friendly giving advice on our new tumble dryer so we could use it straight away. They even went to the trouble of fitting the vent pipe. I call that service.

I ordered the washing machine on a Saturday and got a call on Sunday with delivery slot for Monday. The machine was delivered to a third floor flat. Old machine taken and new one plumbed in so quickly with no extra charge. Excellent customer service and nice price. Will definitely recommend and use again. 😊

This company was recommended to me in relation to an oven repair. The staff were helpful when I telephoned, they gave clear details of cost for the call out, and the engineer came within the time scale. I re eived a further call after the call out to be given quote for the part, which I then paid for, and they phoned when the part was available. Again the engineer called on the day given, and in the time scale. Would certainly use this company again.

My washing machine drain pump needed replacing. I came across DB's website on Google after alot of searches, as the part I required was obsolete. I phoned up and spoke to Zoe, who was very helpful and checked with the parts department if they still had it in stock and if it was compatible, she even sent me pictures of the part they had. It arrived within 2 working days. Zoe even said if we had issues fitting it to phone up and they can talk us through fitting it. The part fitted perfectly with no issues. Very helpful service from beginning to the end, I will definitely use them again.
