Made the order online one evening, by 9am the following day had a phone call to say they could deliver that afternoon, two lads came fitted the tumble dryer including attaching to a waste pipe and took the old machine away, first class service. What more can you ask for!

Very quick and efficient repair. Vacuum looked like new, it was serviced and had filters changed. All done in 2 hours at a very reasonable price.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient DB sales assistant, who provided informed answers to numerous questions, to help us decide on Blomberg appliances for fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, to replace our Beko f/f, Bosch for the other two. Decisions to change were based upon design, quality, features and warranty, not price, which in any case were reasonable and inclusive of installation and removal of old machines and packaging. Never had Blomberg before. and main concern is performance and technical/customer support over time, as Beko and Bosch were trouble free. Other concern is lack of customer or other product reviews, virtually non-existent, but they are part of the Beko group. Timely and professional delivery/installation, and removal of old products; performance so far, excellent.

Very helpful and friendly on the phone . Although I had to wait a few days for delivery, the delivery guys installed the fridge , made sure it was level and checked that I was happy with it before leaving .

The time slot was great and was not a long time window. The oven went in quickly and I feel much more confident using a local business in case anything goes wrong.
