The company had used a wrong email address for me so I never received an update on my order. A phone call quickly resolved the issue and they were very apologetic. Their response was first class and I received my order the next day. Their communication was excellent too which was very satisfying. Excellent Service! The repair man arrived bang on time, and found the fault straight away, worked out the cost of the repair (repair vs new oven choice!), and complted the job in record time, leaving my kitchen spotless. Would never call anyone else. All appliances brought from DB Domestics also. Wonderful service.

I was in urgent need of a replacement fridge. I remembered having seen DB’s storefront on my travels, so I made straight for their shop. There were enough staff present to deal with customers. The assistant showed me to what he considered to be my best options and then left me to look around. Its advisable to bring a tape measure to the shop, which I did, so I pretty much settled on which model to go for there and then, based on price and size.
