This was our first time buying from DB Domestics and we found Jodie and Rob in the showroom very helpful. They helped us with finding reliable tradesmen to install our gas cooker and dishwasher; Simon and Mark were true professionals and installed our appliances for us quickly. We experienced an issue with our gas cooker and we were very impressed with how DB liaised with the manufacturer on our behalf. We will definitely go back to them again. Thank you to you all.

I ordered a new integral full height fridge/freezer to replace an old existing one on Tuesday and it was fitted on Thursday morning. The two young men who carried out the work were great and so efficient.
It was a joy not to have to empty or defrost my old appliance, the guys handled the entire transition from old to new painlessly. Thank you D B Domestics, I will certainly be using you again.

I WAS AFTER A NEW GAS COOKER A COLLEAGUE AT DB SOLD ME AN EXPENSIVE BRAND ALTHOUGHT I DID ASK TO LOOK AT ALL RANGE OF COOKERS IN THE SHOWROOM THEY SOLD ME AN EXPENSIVE COOKER AND AS I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND CARRIED A LONG CANE TO HELP ME ABOUT HE STILL TOOK ME TO AN EXPENSIVE COOKER DUE TO COMPLICATIONS IN MY PROPERTY A GAS MAN CAME TO TELL ME MY COOKER WAS UNSAFE AND HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR MY NEW COOKER SO HAD TO RELY ON FRIENDS TO TAKE ME OUT FOR HOT MEALS ELECTRICIAN HAD TO COME IN WHICH COST ME MORE MONEY WHICH I HAD TO BORROW THEN WE FOUND OUT ON DELIVERY DAY THAT THE COLLEAGUES THAT BROUGHT NEW COOKER WAS ASTOUNDED ABOUT THE UNSAFE WIRING AND APPARENTLY HAD A GAS LEAK WHICH I DID NOT KNOW WAS THERE AND HAVE ONLY JUST MOVED INTO THIS ACCOMODATION

I needed a new tumble dryer , I phoned up and got to speak to a real person, paid for my dryer over the phone and it was delivered within 4 hours , an excellent service from start to finish, and they even took away my old dryer free of charge.
