Delivery and installation done on day arranged and without fuss however washing machine and tumble dryer connect to the Internet and I was told the driver doesn't do that. We then spent 3 days trying to work out how to connect to the Internet. I would happily have paid an extra installation charge if someone could have done this for me. Think you are missing a trick there DD domestics.

From start to finish the service was perfect! I called late on a friday to ask for an emergency repair to an oven in an Airbnb that I manage which I had guests going in on Saturday morning so was desperate to get this sorted before they checked in and this was all sorted by 9am the next morning. Absolutely amazing service.

I phoned on Monday to book repairs , got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon , The fitter Dan was clean, efficient, polite and friendly the repairs did not take long. My husband asked for some advice regarding our fridge freezer and he was happy to advise. We will now be looking to purchase a fridge freezer from you based on the service we received today.

The whole process took too long but I am pleased that after 10 days that my washing machine has been fixed. It was quite stressful not knowing if a repair would fix the problem or whether I needed to buy a new machine. Thankfully not!

Ordering was quick and easy on-line. Phone call to book delivery came within couple of days. Delivery men were friendly and helpful.
