My first experience using DB Domestics and the sales advisor provided sound advice on the options available when we decided to replace our built in fridge freezer and washing machine. They handled the installation and removed our old appliances on the day and were very punctual and tidy installers.
We would certainly use them again and their shop is packed full of all the different household appliances and you are never left trying to find someone to talk to unlike some high street names.

I purchased a beautiful fully integrated kitchen from the lovely Tom last year. A truly amazing experience full of customer care and service. The kitchen looks as great a year on as it did the day it was finished. The build quality of the kitchen is 2nd to none. No flimsy white carcasses and the carcasses matched both of the finishes I choose. A wonderful slate grey and distressed grey oak with a white carrera resin worktop. The worktop was solid all the way through unlike lesser kitchens. I highly recommend DB Domestics and the lovely Tom for their excellent customer service and after care. Brilliant. Thank you for making my dream kitchen a reality. My first ever new kitchen in my life at the age of 56. Better late than never.

Price matched everything from Currys and even beat it when buying a few appliances together. Delivery was great even upto a second floor flat and also plumbed in my washing machine. Great service! I recommended them to a family member and they also got all of their appliances from these guys

Excellent repair service. My elderly parent's washing machine developed a fault. The engineer arrived within the designated time slot, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed on-site. Knowledgeable and courteous service and my parents were very happy with the great service.

Visited showroom and received prompt attention and agreed a convenient delivery date/removal of old appliance. Delivery team arrived as agreed and accommodated request to drill a hole in unit to enable the plug to reach the power socket. All done efficiently and without complication. All staff gave a high level of service, were pleasant and accommodating. We were extremely pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

Been using db for the past 25 years. they never disappoint. I have purchased basically everything they sell without any problems. I don't even compare prices with other retailers anymore. I just phone them up and say deliver to my address the model I want. I can't imagine myself ever shopping anywhere else

The whole DB team are just fantastic, I have used them many times over the years for appliances, parts and most recently a new kitchen. Nothing is too much effort and they are always happy to answer any questions with a wealth of knowledge. They offer free delivery and installation (even removing any old appliances) which is service like no other, when using other companies in the past I have been left with appliances on the side of the road and a delivery man that has left without even as much as a signature for the goods. You can’t put a price on good service and that’s exactly what you get with DB, I highly recommend that you give them a call or visit their showroom before your next purchase - you won’t be disappointed.
