Amazing response from this company. The oven failed and only two weeks to Christmas. I phoned DB late afternoon and they had an engineer come out to me the following morning. Ashleigh was extremely courteous, politely wore overshoes to walk through the house, did the job at amazing speed. On top of that, job is guaranteed for 12 months. I cannot recommend this company too highly. This is the sort of service I expect but rarely get and at a very reasonable price. Pricing clearly explained before engineer called. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I’d originally ordered a freezer and oven from Curry’s. It was meant to be delivered on 17th November after a 5 week wait. We paid £25 for express delivery and £75 for installation. We didn’t hear anything from Currys so went into store on the day it was meant to be delivered, only to be told that the order had been cancelled without warning a week before. They didn’t offer any assistance or help, we were told “s**t happens”. We then complained higher, to be told there were 64 people not getting that delivery and they hadn’t called any of them. And the oven was now out of stock. We were offered £20 compensation. As a result, we cancelled the order, my mum went straight to DB Domestics and received the most excellent customer service, they offered to deliver the items the very next day and install them and it was £100 cheaper! When the guys arrived, they were friendly, professional and very helpful. I could not ask for better customer service and will recommend this company to every person. Don’t ever use Curry’s, only use these guys!

Curry's could not deliver me a fridge freezer because it would have to be taken up 8 steps This was no problem for D.B. Domestics even putting the handle on the other side of freezer door. Removing the old American Freezer. This was an excellent service top marks.
