Couldn't repair my old dishwasher as the part was no longer manufactured. They tried to find a part elsewhere, as did I, to no avail. Bought a replacement from DB and was delivered and installed efficiently. DB are reliable and good guys!

DB is one of those local company names that you associate with great customer service in Eastbourne. I’ve bought a few bits from them over the years and have always been impressed with the service, the quality of their products and the price. DB repairs are swiftly attended to with polite service and fair pricing. DB sales offer keenly priced goods. But... only a 4 star because each work independently which is why I had to still pay a call out charge for a washing machine despite them purchasing a replacement from DB.
