Richard is always very helpful and patient while we spend hours deciding which appliance to buy. We have been going to DB for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else in Eastbourne. Prices include their reliable delivery and installation service. No one at DB domestics is ever going to charge you to take away the packaging like some online companies do! Cannot fault the two guys who came to plumb in the washer/ dryer, they even turned off the dreadful samsung jingle that plays at the end of the cycle when I said it would drive me mad hearing that every time...

Entered shop Saturday, attended immediately by Tom who's product knowledge and customer service was excellent. We chose our washing machine after asking many questions. Ordered it , paid for it, delivered Monday, in time slot agreed. Fitted by 2 very polite, professional employees, Hamid & Alfie, Very quiet Bosch machine, it fitted in even better than the last one. Same good service for many years.Would not buy from anywhere else. We thoroughly recommend you.

Having bought several items from DB in the last couple of years I can honestly say they are a firm I am happy to do business with. Their prices are competitive and the staff friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. They recently delivered and installed a dishwasher and fitted microwave. They arrived at 9 am and completed the job expertly by 10.15 am having altered the housing to enable a perfect fit with no fuss and no bother. True professionals.
