I e-mailed DB Domestics as my oven kept cutting out. As it is 11 years old, I quite expected they would say I needed a new oven, but they said for £35 they could look at it and diagnose problem, so we decided it was worth checking if it could be repaired. When they came along, he had a new element with him, and said it was most likely what was needed. It was, and new element went in, we were charged £75 in total including part and labour, and very relieved not to have expense of a new oven! We were very impressed with staff in their showroom, and service staff, all were very customer friendly

Upon contacting the shop to book the engineer visit the member of staff I had spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable, we set up a date and time slot, he gave me a guide pride of what the repair could cost, The engineer arrived within the time slot that was organised and was friendly, tidy and new exactly what was at fault, he quoted me the price which I agreed, which was the same price as I was quoted when booking in the repair, he then got the relevant part out of his van and installed, the hole job took around half hour and I had my machine working again. Perfect service, thank you D B Domestic Appliances.
