I always use DB Domestics for my Electric/Utility Products, always have done, as do all my friends (all 2 of them!).
Recently my double oven had packed up, I had the electrician out, DB came out twice, basically the oven had died, sad but true. It WAS old. I was a real fuss pot (surely not) dithering, keep going into the shop. Finally I chose a new oven. DB delivered this the next day, they 'plumbed' it in and took the old one away. The chap told me his name was 'God'! I don't doubt that. Friendly, kind, efficient as always. The oven is gorgeous, very efficient and so quiet (Beko). Thankyou soo much DB. You do just what you say on the can. I love you all. Julie Akers

Trustworthy established business. I was at the shop 8.30am, fridge freezer delivered 2pm same day. Old one taken away. I had a minor issue a week later which was speedily cleared up - I'd missed removing a shelf guard meant for removal which I hadn't realised, then door shut properly! And all okay 😊👍

This was another faultless transaction with DB, the purchasing experience was perfect after placing the order online, I then got a prompt phone call to confirm so was happy. The expected arrival in store was spot on, delivery was booked. They even rung up to say it could be delivered sooner (sadly I was at work). On the day of installation it was a breeze, arrived just after 9 packaging all taken away and the guys were ever so polite. I can never fault the service from purchase to delivery with DB this is why we are repeat customers, who needs to big boys when you can shop local!
