Just wanted to say a huge thank you to DB appliances. They were recommended to me, i went into the shop on Saturday and it was so refreshing to talk to someone who knew the products I was in and out dishwasher bought. Fitted Monday morning as they were on the area, arrived within the time given. Fitted and working perfectly, friendly and courteous. An all round 10 out of 10 thank you.

The appliance engineer provided by DP was professional, polite, patient, prompt, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He helped to identify multiple issues, which were repaired. He also worked out how to extricate my washing machine from my puzzle of an intigrated kitchen. I was a bit surprised that he didn't fix the problem with the outlet as this is considered "plumbing," but so far, I am very happy with the service. I also found the contact center staff to be of the same quality.
I will likely use this service again, a rather pleasant and uncomplicated experience from start to finish.

When our American fridge freezer failed and was irreparable, with no back up, DB were extremely helpful in sourcing a replacement at a very competitive price, and delivering the next day. Everybody was considerate and knowledgeable, and fitting went smoothly.

This company is second to none. We ordered a replacement integrated washing machine together with fitting. When it came it didn’t fit. The fitters and the store could not have been more helpful returning two days later with two alternative machines to try. With some clever fitting work we now have a new machine and a small refund as the alternative machine was a little bit cheaper. Top class local company. Long may they continue!
