We have bought 3 major items from DB Domestics recently - a washing machine, a fridge freezer and a tumble dryer. The showroom in Eastbourne has an excellent selection to choose from, staff are helpful & prices are reasonable, specially when considering they do not charge for delivery. All items were delivered within a few days. Cannot fault this company.

From the moment I walked into the showroom until your delivery team left was completely stress free. At over eighty years old that means a lot!
I came in on a Monday morning and the cooker was installed the next morning. The installation team were friendly, helpful and efficient.
I am extremely pleased with the Beko cooker - in fact I now prefer it to my 25 year old one!

I got very good help from customer service. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my fridge freezer, but they gave me good honest advice. I bought a new one in the end and they fitted it for me and took away the old one.

This company is the BEST! Every member of staff was courteous, knowledgeable, considerate and experienced . They are a rarity in that they care about their customers and are genuinely kind and helpful. We bought an American Fridge Freezer in great urgency (as freezer bought thro another company suddenly failed & we were losing food and had no back up). Within a few frantic hours we had chosen a replacement, negotiated a reduced price close to another known Suppliers, had it installed next morning & old one removed. Tricky steps to negotiate with these huges appliances & done with great care. Truly saved this struggling older couple from a very difficult and worrying situation. Thank you to all.
