Arrived in allotted time, very helpful delivery men, they were very careful bringing in larder fridge as there wasn’t a lot of room to get it into kitchen.
The fridge was set to the correct temperature and I was told to leave it switched off for two hours, I did this and it’s been perfect since then. They also took my old fridge for recycling.
The staff in the shop also registered my guarantee the next day as I was having difficulty so a really good service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Purchased an oven over the phone on Monday, first available delivery and fitting option was Wednesday! A full 6 days sooner than either of the big national retailers. Overall price also cheaper as free delivery and disposal of my old appliance and only ÂŁ50 fitting.
Delivery and fitting guys were friendly and polite and completed the job quickly, no fuss.

My old washing machine had been poorly fitted in the utility room and it was 'touch and go' as to whether the old machine could be removed by DB engineers and if not, I would have had to engage a kitchen fitter to remove work tops and cupboards. However, the guys persevered with the challenge they were faced with and managed to remove the old machine and fit a new, slightly smaller one that means it can be easily accessed if any plumbing work is needed at a later date. An excellent job all round; all the engineers who attended (3 visits were needed to finalise everything) were extremely obliging and keen to ensure the new machine could be fitted into the existing space.

As soon as we walked into DB Domestics, we were welcomed immediately and asked if they could help us. We were then shown straight to the item that we wanted. Which we bought.
The delivery men were very good and one came back on his way home after we phoned to say that water wasn't going into the washing machine. Which was completely not his fault.
