Ordered a replacement washing machine for a house we rent out. Machine was in stock and was delivered and fitted a couple of days later and the old machine removed. Tenant reports all went very well and is pleased with the new machine.

I've used DB domestics quite a few times over the years, whether it's been for a bit of advice over the phone or most recently the purchase and installation of my new washing machine.
From the initial phone call to the day of my new machine being fitted, the entire process was hassle free and dealt with professionally by thier helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff.
I wouldn't use anyone else if and when i needed anything regarding appliances big or small.

This company was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. We had a seamless experience with Lee and my Mother's new fridge was installed on the assigned date by two engineers who were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. When first visiting the shop I was greeted by a friendly lady who helped my chose the item I wanted. She then arranged for my to be advised when the item came in. The item was delivered on time by two helpful men who also took away the old appliance.

I purchased a new built in fridge/freezer on 15th January 2025. The sales lady was polite and knowledgeable. She arranged the supply and fit for next morning to my surprise which was pleasing.
The fitters arrived next morning right on time. They were polite and tidy workers and knew their job. Very pleased with all the work.

From ordering to delivery DB domestics are exceptional. We ordered a new washing machine as our old one had sprung a leak. Ordered on the Monday and delivered on the Friday with our old machine taken away free the service from this company is always first class. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
