I spoke to a person at DB Domestics about a new cookerhood and he sourced one that wasn't on their website and then phoned back to confirm the item and arranged a booking to fit. The guys came on time, were polite and fixed the new hood quickly, efficiently and without fuss. Would recommend anytime.

Found the product in the size that we want. Website offered delivery ‘from next day’ but that didn’t happen so if you’re wanted something quickly (as we were) then maybe try somewhere else!

As often happens the occasional fault would not play ball when the engineer was here. He was very diligent in trying to investiagte and diagnose the fault, but it just wouldn't happen.
Footnote. The fault hasn't happened since the visit, so maybe it was just a bad connection or a speck of dust, who knows?

Had a problem with Dyson vacuum (DC 08) - unable to open dust collection cylinder (completely jammed on). Was sorted very quickly, and with no charge. Very impressed.
