Knowing that you can usually buy an item from stock and have it delivered within 24-36 hours is excellent service especially as kitchen appliances are essential and used daily so speed is the essence. Such a friendly and helpful company - Jodie was superb. Knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and so patient whilst I spent a couple of hours looking at cookers.
Never been to Eastbourne before and she even helped us with where to park for the shops and recommended a pub for lunch and even booked it for us!
Sadly the cooker I really wanted is no longer made and I am yet to make a decision but would not hesitate to recommend this company. The fact they were willing to delivery out of area was so reassuring. Would definitely go back there again. Thank you Jodie. Your customer service was 1st class!!!

Lovely friendly firm. I initially contacted them about repairs to my fridge freezer and they were realistic about the possibility of being able to do this. Whilst Rob was unable to fix it because of the gas used in the model he gave me good advice in what to look for in a comparable replacement - everyone I had dealings with was so helpful that I wanted to buy from them because of the customer service I had. The showroom staff knew their products and the delivery team were very efficient. I would use this firm again and recommend them.
