Good advice regarding which; type of washing machine would meet my needs within my price range. It was delivered within a short timeframe and the old machine was disconnected and removed. The new machine was plumbed in professionally without much disruption and tested before the engineer left. This service is invaluable for someone unable or without the facility to do this themselves.

I ordered the wrong colour fridge freezer and it was handled superbly by the delivery men, a couple of days later 2 different men turned up no problems at all they were all very efficient and helpful couldn’t have asked for better service well done everyone

I wanted to replace a gas hob with an induction one. I researched what I wanted online and yes, I could have got it slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wanted to go with DB Domestics because I've always found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And I knew they could recommend reliable tradespeople to carry out related gas and electricity work.
When my chosen hob arrived the fitter pointed out a problem in that it would overhang my cutlery drawer and potentially heat everything up, which I hadn't realised. I'd chosen a wide hob as I was taking out a 5 ring burner gas hob and thought I needed something with a similar profile. However, the cut out from the counter top for the gas hob was smaller than I realised once the hob was removed and so I could get a smaller induction one which fit in well. DB Domestics were happy for me to return the large hob and choose a smaller one, which was much cheaper and no quibbles about refunding the difference. Everything ran really smoothly and I really like my hob.

Engineer made 4 visits over 4 weeks. Engineer was curteous, straightforward and honest in his explanations of the problem. Repair was unsuccessful, and the reasons were explained clearly

The manual was a bit misleading for our new Washing Machine. I rang DB Domestics and they were also initially unable to help and were going to send someone round to advise (free of charge). They managed to find out the information and called me back. Nice to be able to contact somebody over the phone and speak to a human being. They also picked up our old washing machine (which was in bits) and delivered the new one in a timely manner.
