It was very quick and I managed to get delivery the very next day (I ordered on a Sunday!).
Delivery and installation perfect - Rob and Kev were really helpful and made sure everything was working properly before leaving with my old appliances.

Thank you for helping my Mum buying a fridge and freezer with a very sympathetic manner for someone who is vulnerable. We appreciate the pre-visit to check the area and route into the kitchen so she didn't spend money on an American fridge she couldn't fit in, as well as adapting the doors so the two appliances felt like an American fridge -freezer. You dealt with her slightly prickly nature with professionalism and just got on with the job. Well done for helping us get what she wanted.

Ordered a washing machine on line and received a phone call within a couple of hours asking if I wanted it delivered the next morning. Fitters arrived early morning, fitted it and took the old machine away. Very effortless. Excellent service.

My only concern was that when I discussed what I wanted from the machine ie shorter washes. What I was told was not what I got. They did offer to exchange it, but i have decided to keep it. As it would have cost me more for a different machine. Apart from that they delivered, fitted took away old one ,keeping to social distancing too and the fact that they would exchange without question

DB we excellent. We wanted this specific fridge freezer. We lived a king way away but DB could source it at the best price on line and very quickly and efficiently arranged delivery. Making sure all the rules on social distancing and lockdown were adhered to. They also did so for a very reasonable delivery charge and could take away the broken old one. Thanks again this was some. If the best service I’ve had buying stuff on line.

We have been using DB Domestics to purchase all of our major appliances for years and will continue to do so. The staff have always been very helpful and deliveries have always been on time.
This time due to coronavirus the shop was closed. We knew what type of freezer we needed and just phoned the order through to the shop and it was delivered the next day.
