Delivered item when they said they would and delivery/installation team were very pleasant and professional. The only negative point I would make is to do with the receipt that was given to me at time of purchase. After leaving the shop, I read the terms printed at the back of the receipt to find out that if any damage was caused to your property during delivery or removal, or if there was a problem with the installation ( e.g. water leakage ) that the company would not be held responsible. I would suggest that your sales staff should be instructed to inform these facts to potential customers.

What impressed me throughout was the manner in which each of the staff worked, whether dealing with me on the telephone or when present in my home. Professional friendliness was the order of the day, along with encouragement. As the chap delivered the vacuum cleaner back to me, in the second of two dealings with the company, he told me not to hesitate to contact them again if in difficulty. I appreciated the approach very much and I cannot speak too highly of the men and women who make up the firm, D B Domestic Appliances Ltd.

I ordered online as my cooker broke and needed a new one ASAP.
However when I rang to see when I would be delivered the cooker I ordered wasn’t going to be in stock for another 4 weeks, but they found a similar cooker for the same price and they included the hose I needed for free as a discount. It was delivered within 2 days, they took away my old appliance and fitted the new one free of charge.
Cannot fault this company, very professional and understanding.

Ordered on the Tuesday and had a phone call straight back to let me know that Fridge Freezer was not available for 2 weeks but could offer me an alternative 1 which we took. They then said that would be delivered the next day which it was at 9am prompt and delivered to Top floor as requested and the old one was taken away. The Fridge Freezer works great. Many Thanks
