I was very pleased with the service received from DB Domestics. The salesman, Rob, was very helpful. The gentlemen who fitted the appiance (dishwasher) were friendly and efficient. They left the kitchen tidy, too!

My fridge freezer blew up on the Sunday. and the shop opened after lockdown on the Monday. Iwent into the shop Monday morning. the salesman was very helpful. The new fridge freezer was delivered Monday pm by two very helpful delivery men I will definitely be shopping there again.

I’ve used DB domestics twice now (for an oven and a dishwasher) and cannot recommend them enough. Their prices are competitive, their knowledge of the products far better than Curry’s etc, and the delivery service and installation has been so easy. I’ll definitely be back!

They carried the tumble dryer up three flights of stairs without ANY complaints or moaning and unpacked it and sat it in the correct position and then took my old one and all packing away with them. Im in a rental property as a tennant. Unfortunately my landlords cooker packed up (gas) Rather than repairing it due to how old it was plus the current circumstances he advised us he was going to purchase a new one.
My landlord suggested DB domestics, rung up and we got to choose an induction freestanding cooker. (He wanted an electric cooker)
We didn’t have a line in to support the electrical point so they were extremely helpful, rung my landlord to arrange a recommended electrician to pop over and a gas safety engineer to cap of the gas pipe.
Not only were the DB domestics salesmen helpful on their advice, but speedy and efficient, the cooker was delivered next day (after the electrician and gas safety engineer popped over) , installed safely and disposed of the old one.
Also, Tom was our first main point of contact, very knowledgeable and he did a lot of ringing back and fourth to our landlord about what needs doing to instal the electric oven. So a massive Thankyou for you’re help.
Would recommend how helpful they were in general and to anyone in an emergency with no cooker. Far better than other retailers.
