I’ve bought 2 appliances in the last year. Both times, the service has been efficient and quick on the phone. Delivery is also same or next day with installation speedy and included in the cost. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will buy future goods from them.

Our old washing machine died on us the Thursday morning...ordered a new one Thursday afternoon ..(which was in stock) from them and by mid afternoon Friday it had been delivered,:Installed and they took the old one away with them.
How amazing is that?

Really impressed with this company. Remotely ordered a fridge freezer for my aunt as I live in another part of the country. Not only did they get it out for delivery that same afternoon as it was an emergency, they installed it, removed the old one and disposed of its contents as my aunt's over 90. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and upon ringing this company, it was refreshing to speak to someone who cares.

From my first phone call to place the order through to delivery and installation the service was superb.
There was no hard sell and the salesman Rob was very approachable, knowledgeable and left me feeling really confident of my purchase.
When an existing issue within my kitchen caused for installation to be rescheduled by a couple of days the company went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. The delivery guys Hamid and Alf were pleasant, professional and showed great respect for my home clearing everything up after them and leaving it tidy again. Will definitely use again in future as and when I need any appliances.

What impressed me throughout was the manner in which each of the staff worked, whether dealing with me on the telephone or when present in my home. Professional friendliness was the order of the day, along with encouragement. As the chap delivered the vacuum cleaner back to me, in the second of two dealings with the company, he told me not to hesitate to contact them again if in difficulty. I appreciated the approach very much and I cannot speak too highly of the men and women who make up the firm, D B Domestic Appliances Ltd.

Excellent customer service and a seamless installation of a new integrated Fridge/Freezer. Although we're outside of the delivery area I called up and Tom very helpful in accommodating our new appliance.

I asked for the appliance doors to be fitted in a certain way but when the appliances arrived the doors were fitted the opposite way round. Was told they had no time to correct this but could come back another day to do it. Unfortunately that would mean me taking more time off from work which I couldn't do.
