My washing machine broke so rang DB Domestics. Spoke to a very helpful man who talked me through my options and advised me on the best machine to buy for my needs. 2 days later the new machine was installed and the old one taken away. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not use anyone else.

Just a few things could be improved but all in all, a good service and usually my first choice. I've supported this company forever so perhaps a little loyalty scheme? Some kind of recognition for years of business?
The corner shop. The one on the higher pavement and their reconditioned units off Lottbridge Drove. I've bought many appliances over the years, so it would be great to be a recognised customer. But, all in all, a good local company, who carried on during the worst of the virus, so good on them. Support our local shops, we need to keep them.

I ordered a cooker online and received a courtesy call from Tom the next day. My cooker was delivered a week later as there was a delay at Hotpoint. The 2 delivery guys were brilliant and fitted the new cooker explained what I needed to do and took my old cooker away.

We were in lockdown and at 4.30pm on a hot Saturday afternoon we were faced with a freezer that had broken down full of freezer food.
I contacted DB Domestics and they could not be more helpful! They allowed me to bring our old freezer to the store and buy a showroom model that day before the shop closed at 5pm.
I was able to retrieve all my frozen food and could not be more grateful for the help at such a time as this!
