Excellent service and fast delivery we was let down badly by a big highstreet retailer we waited 5 weeks after paying for the item to be told they still couldn't get stock for another 8 weeks with nothing comparable to offer. Db domestics delivered within 3 days I would highly recommend, the staff were helpful and I cannot fault anything thank you again

Fantastic service. Old washing machine broke down and most of the big online companies would deliver but not install a new one because of the Coronavirus restrictions. We ordered a new one from DB in the morning and it was delivered and installed in the afternoon. The fitters were friendly, wore protective masks and made sure we kept out our distance. I can happily recommend DB to anyone needing a new washing machine.

Absolutely amazing service. Cord had worn through plastic coating very close to where it entered machine. With 3 dogs at home I was hoping for a quick repair. Happy that they were open through lock down and they actually had it repaired and available for pick up within 24 hours, so happy. Price as quoted, very pleasant staff and superb service even with social distancing. 10/10 Thank you.

Very grateful to your key workers at DB Domestics who brought my new machine, installed it, and removed my old one. They were insistent on keeping to the rules i.e. 2 metres apart, for which I was glad. Very.

Unfortunately I could not get the item I wanted but I guess in these times that is understandable. The service was terrific, ordered on Monday delivered on Tuesday and placed where I wanted it, not left at the front door as some company's are doing. Very happy with the service provided by DB Appliances.

I tried to order a make and model of freezer.
I was contacted almost straight away and told that model was on back order and might be available in 3 or 4 weeks.
I was offered an alternative make at a very competative price which was delivered and installed the next day.

We have bought all of our White kitchen appliances from D B Domestics over several years. Although we can’t visit their showroom at the moment We were able to phone and order a freezer day one for delivery day two. In the past We have had one problem with a machine. It was a washing machine and the issue was no fault of D B Domestics. The problem was resolved quickly and to our total satisfaction. This is why We will always go to this local firm who can react quickly and provide great service.
