DB always have a good choice of machines and staff who know what they are talking about. Delivery and fitting went very smoothly. We do have one question about whether the warranty is 3 or 5 years (the latter if done online)?

Good rapid response to my request for new replacement built in fan oven.I took their suggestion and the oven was delivered and fitted the next working day.The fitters worked quickly,were helpful with information about first use of my new oven.They removed the old unit ,and the whole event only took about 20 minutes.Both men were very clean workers,wore PPE and enjoyed a bit of friendly banter ! I will certainly use this company again .

We cannot recommend DB highly enough. The good old fashioned service we received at every stage of our Range cooker purchase was first class particularly from the delivery and installation team. Delivery up steps no problem with removal of the old stove included. You may think that this service comes at a cost but we could not find cheaper online. If you need a new appliance then DB should be your first port of call. We purchased a Stoves dual fuel range cooker on guidance from the store staff and it is spot on.

I emailed the team at DB Domestics in Eastbourne to say which freezer I wanted from the range shown on their website. Three days later and the new freezer was installed with no fuss or bother, and my old one taken away. The delivery chaps were efficient and polite.

Bought fridge freezer which was delivered on time and the guys came back a couple of days later to stop it moving when doors were opened. They worked quickly to come up with a solution and solved the problem, fantastic- as we wanted to keep it!. We will definitely return to purchase anything else we need in future as after sales care excellent ( wouldn’t get that from Currys)!

As always, DB domestics were great. They didn't have the freezer I ordered in stock so they called me and offered me an acceptable alternative which I was happy with. It was then delivered within 24 hours by a very efficient delivery person and put in place.
