Used DB for years, reasonably priced however it's the confidence you get from buying from a local shop that is their real seller. You don't get may shops who sell the spares as well as the products. They bend over backwards to help, this time collecting the old fridge a few days after delivering the new one so i could use it as a holding bay whilst i defrosted the freezer!!! Thanks!

Friendly staff and helpful in shop, purchased my item, door was dented and side , was offered a new door , which is on order, Can take up to 6 weeks, not problem, given discount for dent on side , however had to remind the shop a few times to refund.

I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the purchase of my freezer, I ordered & paid for it over the phone taking no longer than 10 minutes as the assistant knew exactly what I wanted. It was delivered within 24 hours, unpacked & plugged in.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival at the showroom, and taken to look at the fridge freezers.
After explaining my requirements I was shown a variety of models, and even after showing an interest in the most expensive model the salesperson brought my attention to less expensive, but similar items.
My fridge freezer of choice was delivered within the week, and my existing one was taken away for a nominal fee.

I needed a new fridge-freezer when the CDA packed up in just 3 years (useless warranty). DB agreed to take away the dead equipment even before I had decided to place an order with them. I ordered a new Bosch with the assurance of a full 5-year warranty provided through DB. The new Fridge-Freezer was delivered as scheduled and maneuvered into the kitchen space by two very friendly DB people. They took away the dead CDA. DB will be my first option when looking for new white goods.
