We have used DB domestics previously and have always found the service to be exceptional. The repair team at DB domestics helped me extend the life of my 15 Bosch Washing machine on numerous occasions. When it finally got a terminal fault, I realised that by the time you took fitting and removal of the old machine into account, it was better value and much quicker to buy my replacement Bosch from them rather than one of the major online retailers. The service was excellent at every stage and we’re delighted with the new machine. Thank you!

Last Wednesday afternoon I found the temp warning light on our 15-20 year old feezer was on and upon opening the door could see some thawing of a few things.
I rang DB and within five minutes a perfect replacement was advised and every effort was made to help, with a new freezer delivered, disinfected and good to go after settling before 9.30 on Friday morning.
The men took away the old unit and installed the new with great care and efficiency and we are delighted with the service. Thanks DB !

Tenant complained of original builder install faulty oven , the dial , called Andrew, helpful, ,looks good value , Zanussi replacement , efficient reliable sales , able well managed installation service , it is being tested by my electrician next week , so far very good .
