The initial installation of the washing machine was not good. The machine bounced about and the discharge pipe was loose and water poured out. It took three visits to correctly install the machine level and free from excessive vibration.

Staff were very helpful. Delivery on time. But because valve was stuck could not immediately fit washing machine. However cane back promptly as promised when plumber sorted valve.

Rather than buyIng a new washing machine and dishwasher we asked DB domestics to try to repair them, this service was very friendly and helpful, sadly it was not possible to repair despite spending time looking for parts.
As we desperately needed a washing machine, when they rang through to say that it was uneconomical to fix, I asked them for advice regarding a new machine, they recommended a machine taking into consideration our needs and cost. They were able to come to install within days and took our old one away.
The service all along was quick and efficient. Our new machine is brilliant.

Ordered a washer dryer over the phone , the one I had seen online wasn’t available but they recommended another which was the same . Arranged delivery for the next day. Delivery , connection and removal of old machine was all free.

The men who flitted my new dishwasher were excellent. They both wore masks & were very considerate of my paint & wood work. My only niggle was that I was expecting them in the morning & they didn’t arrive till just after lunch. A quick phone call would have been appreciated.

We order a Miele fridge freezer which arrived earlier than expected. The installation team were fantastic. The unit was very tall and took a lot of maneuvering but in the end it was in position.

We had a problem with an oven door which would not shut. The technician identified that the problem was the retaining nut inside the body of the oven had fallen off. It was impossible because of the way the oven was made to get to the site. It was clear that it could not be repaired and either we stop using the oven or buy a new one.
However he then an alternative idea. Get a magnet or get somebody to weld the missing part on.
We followed up on the idea of a magnet although we didn't think it would work. We managed to find a magnet company selling very strong magnets which were heat resistant. It worked and saved us a £1000!!
