DB provided a replacement washing machine at a great price including removal and disposal of previous machine and installation of new one. The price was much cheaper than Currys. The guys doing the installation were very quick and very pleasant to deal with. Altogether the service was excellent from start to finish.

Fantastic service right from the start. Called up as needed a new washing machine. Really helpful and friendly man on the phone who helped me. I then ordered online. Called back up, arranged delivery for the next day. Very friendly and helpful delivery men who disconnected, removed and took away the old machine, connected the new one. A new washing machine up and working within 24 hours of ordering. Great service. Great company. Thank you.

Our existing fitted larder fridge was nearly 12 years old when it suffered a faulty hinge, a repeat of the same fault from some 5 years before. I looked for a suitable replacement on your website, made a couple of phone calls to ask your advice, which answered my questions clearly and placed an order.
The new fridge arrived very promptly, the two men made an excellent job of removing the old fridge and fitting the new one - full marks!
