Recommended by my plumber. Got Bosch dishwasher. Salesman in the shop v helpful and installation was free. All done very quickly and efficiently. Much better service than the bigger stores like Curry’s. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a repeat customer and have been using DB's for several years, in fact I don't think there's an appliance in my house that wasn't purchased there. Always competitively priced and always excellent service - second to none! I especially love that they deliver your purchase, install it and take the old one away all for no additional charge making everything so easy. So, whilst I don’t wish for my appliances to break down or need replacing its great to have a reliable company on hand to sort everything out when I do. If I could give them fifty stars I would!

Excellent sales advice from Tom, he knew exactly what we needed after we described a tale of woe from another supplier of electrical goods. Amazing response from this company. The oven failed and only two weeks to Christmas. I phoned DB late afternoon and they had an engineer come out to me the following morning. Ashleigh was extremely courteous, politely wore overshoes to walk through the house, did the job at amazing speed. On top of that, job is guaranteed for 12 months. I cannot recommend this company too highly. This is the sort of service I expect but rarely get and at a very reasonable price. Pricing clearly explained before engineer called. Will definitely recommend and use again.
