Joe managed to find me a cooker, the right size, arranged a contact for an electrician to move plugs re the new gas regulations and got me the delivery in just a few days. Brilliant and excellent customer service. D B Domestics have also supplied me with two washing machines, a dishwasher and a tumble dryer over the last twenty years.

If we have visited the showroom, the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. In recent years we have found it very easy to order items via the D B Domestics website, which enables you to choose the model that you want and compare different manufacturers. All the details are supplied, so you can measure to make sure that an appliance fits the space before ordering. It is a very simple process to order online and is followed up with a phone call to arrange a delivery time. We ordered the dishwasher on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered five days later. As always, the delivery men were friendly and fitted the dishwasher very quickly, explained the basics of how to operate it, and left it running on an intense programme to clean and sterilize it before use. If there had been an old dishwasher here, they would have taken it away for us. So, all in all, we have always been completely satisfied with the service from D B Domestics and have the feeling that if a problem did ever occur, they would sort it for us. Would certainly recommend.

We went to DB Domestics who guided us to a very good Zanussi Cooker with dual gas on both ovens and electric grill. Our previous experience with Zanussi products has been good so we bought item on recommendation of staff and all was fitted and installed efficiently.
The advantage with DB is the price quoted covered product, delivery, fitting and disposal of item whereas other Companies charge extra for a lot of these extras.

DB Domestics installed a new intergrated Fridge/Freezer for me today. Ive never had any Engineer/Fitter compete an Installion of anything so rapidly. The speed and proficiency in removing the unit doors, taking out the old model, installing the new one, reversing the hanging of the FF doors , making alterations to the standing feet, and then replacing the external unit doors..... was all completed in less than half an hour .! And with no requirement on my part to clean/tidy anything up afterwards ... Can't commend the guys who did all of this, highly enough .!

We purchased a Blomberg integrated fridge freezer, which was installed the next afternoon! Very impressed with the showroom and the service. We also want to buy a gas hob, but unfortunately they don't install gas items, and the fitter they recommended is fully booked until January.

The first time I went to the shop; I was attended to quickly and given sound advice. The price was good and included delivery and disposal of the old appliance (a well known nationwide store charges extra for these services - it is included with DB domestics). They were also able to deliver very quickly (again, in contrast to other shops, where there was quite a wait).
The second time I purchased through the website, as our old microwave blew up in the evening and we needed a replacement ASAP. The website was easy to use, and I found something suitable quite quickly - which could be delivered the very next day. However, in the morning they got in contact to say that the microwave I chose was not in stock - but they were able to recommend a different oven that actually suited our needs much better...so we were well pleased!
I would definitely recommend DB Domestics, especially if you live in Eastbourne or the nearby area. A local company, that has a suitable range of stock, a good knowledge of what they sell - along with efficient delivery service. Excellent!
