Our lift was out of service and the two guys had to take the old one down 60 stairs then bring the new one up. They did this without any complaint what so ever.
I needed help with a few questions they were very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble.
Once again top class service from all of you that we have spoken with at your company and many thanks to the two guys that installed our Washing Machine.

Many thanks to Joe, who was very helpful answering my questions about washing machines and tumble dryers, when trying to choose the best new ones for us. I didn't feel rushed in any way and on ringing back to order the items, it was a smooth process, with an incredibly quick delivery, as they arrived here the same afternoon!
Joe helpfully passed on detailed instructions about where and how to deliver and instal the 2 items, as we are shielding and therefore were unable to open the outside utility door for the two men in the van. When we looked in the room later, the two machines were installed and positioned well.

Very happy with the speedy installation of our new Bosch washing machine. We have used DB Domestics for a number of years and have always been pleased with the products and unfailing good service. Their option of taking away your old appliance makes life much easier and advice is always available on the phone if needed.

We have been using DB Domestics for many years and always go there for our new washing machines, dishwashers etc. (and the occasional repair) As our 12 year old Bosch washing machine was nearing the end of its life we have just purchased a new one from DB to replace it. We ordered online and received a phone call to confirm when delivery was expected, all nice and easy. The men installing the new one were polite and efficient, and kept to Covid guidelines by wearing masks and keeping their distance. Would recommend DB Domestics to anyone, you really can't fault their service.

Thank you for such a prompt and professional service. My washing machine had broken down on Thursday and following the advice of your friendly and knowledgeable team I had a new one fitted the following Tuesday with the old one taken away, a really brilliant service. DB domestics is always the first port of call for all our appliances and repairs and have never let us down over many years.
