The sales team is great, with particular thanks to Tom who closed the dealon our Lec fridge-freezer, but we spoke to others as well and they are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with it. Delivery was completely painless thanks to Dan and Nyle. Our old appliance was in an awkward position and we couldn't remove it ourselves, but these guys just got it out of there without any fuss and replaced it with the new one. Why go anywhere else?

checked it and tested it thoroughly and found it was not faulty, I was impressed because they were honest and didn’t make up an expensive repair. I will be buying my next domestic unit from them and will always use them for any repairs. Thanks much appreciated.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were helped around the showroom by Joe who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being “pushy”. We were left to look at the ovens in our own time and once we had decided Joe explained the details about the oven and how to use it and also care of the oven. We arranged for delivery 2 days later and it was delivered within the timescale given by Dan & Joe who were very helpful and also good fun!! They took out the old oven and installed the new one without any problems and took care to explain how to use it for the first time. They were both very courteous. We will have no hesitation recommending DB Domestics to family and friends.

Whilst installing the new machine, one of the delivery men flagged up a problem he'd identified with some of the pipe work under the sink, which we might not have noticed until kitchen was flooded. Brilliant job guys.

The initial visit and the subsequent discussion apropos of model were conducted most civilly and the installation of the new oven was carried out with little problem or disturbance to my home . I was impressed that the engineers all wiped their feet when entering the house . I shall certainly recommend to any future request . Support your local businesses !

After deciding that old appliance was not economical to repair, decided on a Blomberg Washer-Dryer with assistance of sales staff. Knowledgeable about products, showing appliances suitable for needs and budget. The salesman was courteous, polite and saw the sale through from advice to purchase. Delivery for product is free, as is the connection and disposal of old machine. The delivery men also, were prompt, courteous and assisted in 'walk-through' of features of new washer-dryer. It was tested and packaging was removed.

Bought a washer/dryer combined. Got good advice, matched any online quote i had, even better, really reasonable installation charge and was done and dusted within the week. Really cant fault them, good service and good price, no hard sell or dodgy recommendations.

No pressure sales, just helpful advice. The installers Nyle and Kev were really helpful in explaining features and safety during the installation. They were very quick and careful not to bump or scratch anything too. Very happy with my fridge freezer and washing machine and I would happily reccomend DB Domestic to anyone.
