During all this COVID-19 mayhem my washing machine finally gave up. I rung DB Domestics and arranged to have a new one delivered 2 days later. It was installed by 2 guys who wore masks and gloves. They took away my old machine. I couldn’t have been more happy. I found the whole process from making that initial phone call to my old machine being carried out the door very professional. Everyone was so helpful. Well done DB Domestics, can’t praise you enough.

He arranged to have my new cooker delivered and installed by afternoon same day. The engineer came to check the gas supply only to find the new cooker would not fit.Along came two charming men to deliver only to have to take back. Joe called me and explained that he would have to order a different model. Terry got the cooker working until new one arrives. I cannot speak too highly of the service I have received. All requests and financial transactions were done by 'phone. Four days later (during the start of the government Lock Down advice for Covid19), two DB Domestics delivery men, wearing masks and gloves, delivered and installed the freezer to my mother's kitchen, while mother kept at a distance.
