Excellent service. After being spectacularly let down by Currys I called DB Domestics. I called them on a friday and they delivered monday installed it and took the old one away. Fantastic.

Absolutely amazing service. Cord had worn through plastic coating very close to where it entered machine. With 3 dogs at home I was hoping for a quick repair. Happy that they were open through lock down and they actually had it repaired and available for pick up within 24 hours, so happy. Price as quoted, very pleasant staff and superb service even with social distancing. 10/10 Thank you.

Great service from DB as always. My fridge freezer stopped working suddenly and despite all the difficulties of working around Covid and the huge demand for new fridges and freezers. They delivered a new fridge freezer with 48 hours. The delivery guys as always went that extra mile to make sure they got to me despite being very busy.

Wonderful service from DB when my fridge freezer broke down during lockdown. Telephone call with Tom at 8.30am on Saturday ensured the delivery of new fridge freezer on the Monday morning. Excellent delivery and fit by Nyle and Joe Burchall - thoroughly recommend DB Domestic.

None of them can match the price, vfm, or customer service of this family owned and run business. Free delivery, free removal and disposal of the old appliance, and excellent after sales service make it a no brainer. I bought my dishwasher over the phone without the need to even go and look through the window at it and as usual it's exactly what we wanted. Not even covid19 lockdown can defeat these guys!

DB Domestics are my go to for kitchen appliances. They are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The free installation and removal of the old appliance is a giant bonus as well and the service is still available despite current circumstances. Definitely recommend them and will be using them for future purchases.

Lovely friendly staff who could not have been more helpful when we needed a new tumble dryer during the lockdown. First dryer was unfortunately damaged upon delivery, but this was sorted straight away and a new one was delivered the very next day.

Within minutes Joe had found the perfect product for me and confirmed delivery two days later. Nyle and Joe then arrived as promised and efficiently removed my old broken fridge freezer and installed the new one, safely, at distance, removing all packaging etc. That very next day my butchers deliver arrived and the fridge freezer was all ready to go. Won’t go anywhere else for any domestic products as this place is amazing! Thank you so much 😊

Excellent! Our freezer broke down a few weeks into lockdown - aargh! What a time to lose it... and I'd heard that the big national companies have very limited supplies nationally, and not able to deliver at all locally. We've always preferred to 'shop local' anyway, and I'm so glad that i already knew and trusted DB Domestics, having first used the company 32 years ago when i moved to Eastbourne! So - I called on Friday and they had the exact freezer i wanted and were able to deliver on the Monday. All the correct social distancing and hygiene precautions were observed - we were really pleased and SO relieved. Thanks, DB Domestics!
