Old Bosch dishwasher (age unknown) finally gave up. Ordered and paid for its replacement on line. Phone call from DB later on to arrange delivery. Installed by knowledgeable engineers a few days later who took away the old one for free. Very good attentive service. Highly recommended.

I expected the incoming new heavy items replacing old, heavy fridge/freezer and oven was going to be difficult especially on a second floor of a block of flats with a very small, old lift BUT the 2 wonderful DB Domestics employees made the whole procedure very simple and only took 20 minutes. I was so, so impressed. Very caring attitude and explaining all I needed to know about the new equipment. Thank you DB Domestics- I will always use you in the future and will recommend you as much as I possibly can.

From start to finish the staff at db's make everything so easy. They are all very knowledgeable on the best appliance for the individual. Some shops just try to sell the most expensive item whereas db domestics will only recommend which is best for you despite the price, and more often than not saving the customer money. I would recommend them to everybody.

We had an incredible experience with DB domestics, we had ordered a stove from a big old national company who refused to deliver to our house when they arrived as we had steps... So we went to DB and they said no problem at all. They also managed to get it delivered for us in time for Christmas with only 2 weeks to spare. They were so friendly, positive and had an amazing attitude to it all. The stove is also gorgeous. Thank you so much! You saved our Christmas!!

The realisation that one can totally rely on DB Domestics is a wonderful feeling. The service is second to none, they truly assist with supplying the best fit for their customers. We were extremely stressed having had a fridge break down. We visited the showroom, bought a replacement, this was delivered the following morning and fitted for free. For a small fee, the old one was taken away. Excellent service. We would never go anywhere else for electrical goods.

I recently bought an integrated SMEG microwave grill from DB Domestics, at a good price. They ordered it in and delivered promptly. They also took my old microwave away at no cost.
The fitter took great care in installing my new microwave into the space in my kitchen unit. He had everything he needed with him and lined it up with my existing oven. He and his assistant cleared up afterwards.
