A new stand free cooker ordered arrived minus the connection hose, which I had been told twice by the supplier of the cooker was fitted. I phoned the morning the cooker was due to make sure the connection hose was attached.
No such luck, the two body’s who delivered the Cooker had no information on what had been ordered.
Problem seems to occur with this Company in supplying goods telling customers that all is as they say on the phone, but has little truth.

Felt so stupid but they have been so good about it and are able to come very soon with the correct size one.
