DB Domestics were highly recommended by various neighbours and I was not disappointed. The written quotation was fully itemised and clear, they gave me 3 options with full costings, providing excellent value for money.. Delivery was on time, great care was taken transporting the new fridge/freezer to the 4th floor flat. The installation was quick and efficient,the old equipment was removed carefully. The staff undertaking the work were polite, careful, courteous and knew what they were doing. First class service, a job well done.

When I phoned DB Domestics I was put in touch with Steph and she was very helpful.Although they hadn't one in Stock she found a supplier and phoned me back to let me know thy could have one the next day and it would be delivered the day after.I feel that kind of service is above & beyond good service.The fire I bought was a Dimplex Dumfries and may I say thank you for the wonderful service all the DBD staff

Visited the showroom in September to view cookers and hobs and received excellent service and advice. An order was placed for a number of items for delivery at a later date. Would recommend this company who have been in business for many years and have a wide range of appliances on display.

I was extremely pleased with the delivery - oven and hob delivered on time and within 3 days of purchase. However, when I visited the showroom to purchase an Oven and Hob (integrated) I specifically requested to be shown Gas appliances. Both appliances were NEFF and I assumed both were Gas. However, when both were delivered the Oven was Electric! After contacting the showroom I was informed that NEFF do not supply Gas Ovens only Electric and I would have been told that when I purchased these items. I can assure you I was NOT informed that the oven I purchased was Electric!! Although I have decided to keep the oven, I am disappointed that your salesman did not point this out at the time of purchase. My daughter was with me and can confirm that at no time did he advise that the oven I had chosen was Electric. The rating I have given is for speed of delivery only.

Delivery was swift and well done, old American fridge freezer was collected and disposed of.
After delivery we noticed the fridge had correct white handle but freezer had a chrome handle. Lee sorted this out and correct handle fitted by myself.
