As always your staff gave knowledgeable advice and information when I visited the site to look for a replacement fridge freezer. Delivery was prompt. I was able to view the wide variety of fridge / freezers in a spacious showroom.Open the doors to view the interiors,drawers and get advice about energy efficiency ,installation etc from a helpful assistant .
Delivery was on schedule ,it was tricky angling such a tall appliance through our kitchen doorway,but,experienced delivery men were able to tilt the heavy appliance and manoeuvre it through,no mean feat given the weight.

We are always happy to shop at dB domestics, always helpful, friendly and quick on delivery. Fridge freezer packed up had delivery of new one on same day. Also in lockdown phoned about a washing machine I had seen online, ordered over the phone they offered to deliver same day but was happy to deliver day of my choice.

We were looking for a new cooker in a hurry as ours was broken. DB were very helpful and assured us that the cooker chosen would fit the available space. Delivery was the next day. DB provided the complete package without any extra payment. The delivery team were very professional. There was a slight hiccup on delivery but this was sorted out by the manager, speedily and to everyone's satisfaction.
