Initially had phone call day after order to say delivery would be later that week.Further phonecall to apologize profusely to say there were no fires in stock and offer to cancel order and get refund if I so wish.Your price was £70 cheaper than anywhere else so I was happy to wait.A couple of days later same young lady phoned to say fire had come in and could I take delivery the following day.The customer service I received from her is why I am giving 5 stars as she was so polite and caring and genuinely wanted to do her best for me.

I needed all new electrical appliances but wanted to go somewhere where I could see each product. D B Domestics had a really good range and we were left to browse until we made up our minds. The salesperson Tom was extremely helpful. We got everything we wanted and their prices are comparable to internet. I would definitely recommend this company and will go back again.
