I needed a new fridge freezer as the motor on my old freezer was not working. I identified the make and model, rang DB domestics who had that model in stock and it was delivered within 36 hours. The delivery guys were extremely helpful. I have used DB domestics several times and have always received excellent service from them and at competitive prices

Nothing bad but nothing over and above what they had to do - ie. deliver and install a small freezer. The men who delivered and fitted my dishwasher last year were amazing and really tackled a difficult job with patience and good humour. This time, whilst connecting the freezer was not quite straightforward, it wasn't difficult as it had clearly been done before to the old freezer, but I got the feeling that the men just took the easy way out - snipped the plug off and just connected it to the old freezer cable (albeit with a connection box). When placing my order I had forgotten to state which way the freezer door should open and unfortunately it is the wrong way for my kitchen (my fault for not realising sooner). The men did tell me it was an easy job but that they weren't given time to do it and that I should contact the office - this I have done and a very helpful person has arranged for someone to come and change the door around. I do wonder if this is cost effective to your business as, for the sake of ten minutes, it now means another man and van has to come out. Overall I am reasonably happy with your service and will certainly use you again.

No issues with the shops service, but i am having problems with wall mounting the product and have been in direct contact with Dimplex, who have been scratching their heads over it for over a week now and my lounge plastering is now on hold until they can sort out the brackets this fire place comes with along with other issues that make their mounting instructions impossible
