Bought a dishwasher. Very helpful discussion - we had a few features that were important and others that were not. No hard sell. As good price as the internet once the free installation was factored in. Delivery within 2 days. So far dishwasher is working perfectly. Very happy with process.

Overall I'm very happy and can't fault the customer service Ireceived from DB Domestics , from choosing my fridge freezer then having it delivered the next day and they also removed my old fridge freezer. Only thing that would have help would to have got a call or text letting me know an 1hr before arriving so could have prepared the space and get my old one ready.

The staff at DB domestics went above & beyond to help me with the purchase of my fridge freezer, I had some problems fitting it into the space so Jo arranged for a Kitchen fitter who they work with to come & help me - there work was excellent & was arranged at short notice - I have recently lost my husband & Jo couldn't of been more Kind caring.

I’m really impressed with this company. There was a mix up with the model of fridge freezer we had ordered that only came to light after the delivery guys had hauled it up into my first floor flat. The office were brilliant and did everything they could do get a replacement to me despite there being a delay of several weeks from the manufacturer. They sent the same delivery guys to collect the old appliance and deliver the new one. The appliance was 130kg and it was seriously impressive how they removed the old one and took the new one up the fire escape to my flat.
The company has been a pleasure to deal with (both office stuff and incredibly professional delivery chaps). I would wholeheartedly recommend using this company for any future appliance purchases. Even if I could find the product cheaper elsewhere, I don’t think you can beat DB Domestics for customer service. I’ll certainly be using them again.

I needed a fride freezer in a hurry for our holiday rental as I had guests staying. DB Domestics delviered the new fridge freezer, transfered the contents of the old unit of the into the new one and took the old one and all the packaging away, all while my guests enjoyed a day out. I couldn't recommend more.
