Very friendly helpful team. Steph was fantastic help especially choosing our electric stove for us we went for dimplex Lucia. Which Steph recommended excellent fire very realistic. Wouldn't hesitate recommending DB domestics and purchasing other products.

First washing machine damaged not fault of anyone but annoying not checked before going on van ? When the office rang really couldn’t care less that I had to take a now wasted day off work to receive delivery and then informed me that I would have to wait a further 4 days for a replacement. I would have though good customer service would be to offer some money back for the inconvenience even just a token gesture would have been nice ? Can’t fault delivery staff, very friendly and efficient. Price of appliance very competitive but overall experience ruined by poor customer care/service with initial delivery problems.

Bought a beko washing machine for my mum over the phone as she is semi blind. The man was very helpful and did say it had a quick wash 28mins but unfortunately didn’t mention all the other cycles are so long. Next shortest way one is 167 min. I’d not choose this model if you want to be able to change the wash times, but I guess you get what you pay for

Really helpful advice from Darren and no pressured sell. Allowed us to take our time choosing and happy to answer any questions. Such good service bought a dishwasher as well as the washing machine we went in for. Delivery on time as promised and the two delivery men cleared up and took time to ensure we were happy and able to work both appliances. Could not recommend them more from a fantastic local company.

DB Domestics responded quickly to replace the original washing machine supplied with a BOSCH washer dryer. The delivery team took the original one and had the BOSCH one up and running within 15 minutes

Whenever I need household appliances I *always* go to DB Domestics - they are superb!!! I'm a canny shopper and will always see if I can get my items cheaper elsewhere but when DB Domestics offer free fitting and take away of your old cooker (which other firms often charge well over £100 for) the prices are always competetive from DB Domestics and their quality of service, friendly helpful staff and reliability will always trump any other supplier, for me. In the past I have bought a washing machine, freestanding cooker and fridge freezer from them - this time I was replacing the cooker (which was originally a cheap and cheerful option but had lasted for over 15 years!).
As per usual, this transaction and shopping experience was brilliant. I had my eye on an upgrade in freestanding cooker. I called DB Domestics to discuss availability of my first choice and the chap I spoke to informed me of a better option which was actually cheaper (now, there's not many companies that will do that these days!!!) The delivery took place the next day with the delivery guys being friendly, presentable, knowledgeable, careful and quick. Now I have my new cooker in situ and they have taken away my old worn out cooker. Problem free process from start to finish.
I would always recommend DB Domestics to anyone looking for items that they supply. It really is a no-brainer!
I'll definitely be back whenever the next item of white goods needs replacing.
