My wife & I would like to congratulate ALL the staff at DB for their help in getting a resolution on a recent problem we had with a supplier of a well known brand of fridge/freezer, when ours broke down, without their help I believe we would still be in turmoil ! instead, we now have a brand new fridge/freezer in our kitchen.
