I used DB Domestics' services three times in the last few months: once to repair my washing machine, once to repair my oven, and more recently for the purchase and installation of a new fridge freezer. On each occasion, bookings were easy to make, and the staff was courteous, helpful and efficient.

Service in the showroom was good and we bought a double oven which was delivered and installed very quickly.
However, we do not agree with the policy of unpacking the appliance in the Van before putting it on a trolley and negotiating a difficult passage to the kitchen. Not only could it have been damaged en-route but it could be seen as not new.
We feel that the wearing of masks would be considerate, the pandemic is far from over.

Whenever we go to DBD whether it’s for spares, repairs or to. It something new, we get really good service. We recently wanted a new fridge freezer and the salesman explained what each one did( advantages and disadvantages) and was very knowledgeable about their ratings and capabilities. Delivery was next day and early. The delivery guys installed the fridge freezer and took away the old one. We’re extremely happy to recommend DBD.

Called DB Domestics in after our hotpoint wasing machine failed and they attended four times to try and sortt out problem which eventually turned out to be a major fault with the main board.After going in to shop to discuss what our options were it was decided because of cost it would be better to purchase a new updated machine(ours was 4.5 years old) New machine was delivered quickly set up and old machine taken away,The service that we recieved from DB was first class and would recomend them for their knowledge politeness and speed of service.
