I wanted to buy a dryer, after the weather changed in mid-November, as I lived in Eastbourne, I was able to visit their store, where the staff was helpful and arrangement was made, to deliver the next day, even though it was a Saturday.
The delivery guys came with the agreed time and were friendly and efficient.

I used DB Domestics' services three times in the last few months: once to repair my washing machine, once to repair my oven, and more recently for the purchase and installation of a new fridge freezer. On each occasion, bookings were easy to make, and the staff was courteous, helpful and efficient.

Service in the showroom was good and we bought a double oven which was delivered and installed very quickly.
However, we do not agree with the policy of unpacking the appliance in the Van before putting it on a trolley and negotiating a difficult passage to the kitchen. Not only could it have been damaged en-route but it could be seen as not new.
We feel that the wearing of masks would be considerate, the pandemic is far from over.
