I realised after my replacement fridge-freezer had been delivered (and I had to wait 4/5 days for it to arrive that the door opened the wrong way for the space in my very small kitchen. So my son contacted you to arrange for a replacement to be delivered with the door opening right to left. I had to wait another few days for ir to arrive. I then realised that the freezer door opens left to right, so I have to hold the outer door open in order to open the freezer door! There were no comprehensive verbal instructions on delivery, apart from being told to wait several hours before switching it on, plus a very 'dense' booklet which is not easy to read or understand.

Everything was fine. Delivery guys came on day and time expected. Because there were two of them they were able to carry the new fridge in so no need to cover carpet etc. They told me what to do and when to use the fridge and pointed out where the instruction booklet was. They were polite and quick.

Washing machine broke down one Thursday night at midnight. Friday morning received great advice and for which new machine to buy, Saturday pm new machine delivered and fitted and old machine removed.
