Perfect experience from ordering over the phone to delivery and installation. They have a great selection of appliances to meet most people's preferences/needs. Eastbourne residents and surrounding areas are very lucky to have a company like DB Domestics. I've used them twice myself and recommended them to a neighbour who also had a great experience.

Great impartial service in store, no pushy selling. Delivery was slightly late due to circumstances beyond the guys control, but they called to explain & check it would still be OK to deliver with an accurate ETA. Delivery & installation free done efficiently, love my new oven, thank you.

I was able to ring up and actually speak to someone on the phone I asked if he had the product that l wanted he said yep we got it . I paid for it on the phone and picked it up that afternoon, when I got to the warehouse it was already for me. Can’t get better service than that, cheers Roy.

Our washing machine decided to fall apart without notice! A quick trip to DB Domestics and with their advice, I selected a Beko model I would have never considered before and, it was in stock. It was delivered, installed and the old machine taken away within 72 hours of my store visit. Very friendly and professional service - thank you!

I've used DB Domestics three times in the last few years, and they are always outstanding. The sales team on the phone were very knowledgeable and guided me through the different options for a new washing machine. The guys also did a brilliant job delivering the new machine up the stairs to my third floor flat and taking the old broken one away. I highly recommend using their services!
