I needed all new electrical appliances but wanted to go somewhere where I could see each product. D B Domestics had a really good range and we were left to browse until we made up our minds. The salesperson Tom was extremely helpful. We got everything we wanted and their prices are comparable to internet. I would definitely recommend this company and will go back again.

I ordered my dishwasher to be delivered on an AM slot I waited in all morning and no delivery. When I telephoned I was informed it was, a PM slot I advised the lady that my paperwork said AM after some discussion I was told it could be delivered the following day to which I refused, I was then offered an hour slot that afternoon. The two guys who delivered raced in, no masks, no shoe coverings fitted the machine and were gone the only advice given was the machine needed to run a cycle before use.I was left with a dirty floor covered in foot prints and after my machine had run its cycle which they set I discovered it still had some of its wrapping in it! Very disappointing service, and caused unnecessary stress due to wasting nearly a day of my precious time and having to push for delivery ASAP. Will not be using this company again even though we, always try to support local business.

This local appliance store is truly the best. Nothing is too much trouble. They kept our goods for over a month until the kitchen fitters were ready.
