Starting with arranging a maintenance visit, through the flexibility to change that to an order for a new machine at a competitive price to the fitting of the new machine within two days of ordering. I purchased a new washing machine and the service to take the old machine away. After installation I was having power issues and called DB Domestics, who quickly and efficiently arranged for engineers to return. I must point out that the issue turned out to be with plug socket. Throughout the whole process, customer service was fantastic. All the engineers were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I am so pleased with the service and product I received.
