Always use DB domestics. There customer service is always first class and on this visit they were upto there usual first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and was not rushed to make a decision. My appliance was delivered and installed on time again with the same high level of service. My reasons for giving 5 stars are quite simply based on very friendly and polite service provided by the young sales person at the retailer shop which helped me choose a basic less expensive electric oven and hot knob and the after sales insurance service provided by the lady on the phone who was extremely polite and new her subject well.
