Here to help with your business or community organisations training and development in Eastbourne using creativity at the core!

Proud to be pioneering

Our purpose at Creative Force is to enable extraordinary opportunities for our local businesses, charities and communities. Our unique approach uses specialist creative tools developed over years of experience working in all of these sectors.
So how can we help you? Well ask yourself,  “What’s keeping me awake at night?”  Perhaps you’ve got a new concept that needs refining?  Or the equivalent of business writer’s block? Does your community needs some new life breathed into it?  These are just a few examples of where we can work with you to make your thinking clearer and give you those powerful eureka moments.
Right now you need to think outside the box and this is where we come in. We are your friendly cavalry.
  • Work with clients and partners to develop intuitive, tailor made workshops that effect change or find dynamic solutions to current challenges;
  • Create training, face to face and online, that is both interactive and inspiring;
  • Design and deliver imaginative presentations both for clients and on our own themes;
  • Design and manage innovative events;
  • Are commissioned to or initiate our own projects that work with local communities and partners.
We are welcoming and communicative, offering a friendly service that is unique to East Sussex.  There is no other organisation facilitating or delivering this work locally and we are truly proud to be pioneering it here.  We’d love you to join us so, go on,  open the door and step right in!  There is no time like the present to laser focus your thinking and look to your future with a clear vision.
Take our 30-minute, fully-funded Clarity Call.  In just 30 minutes we will take you through a few exercises to clear your mind and strengthen your thinking muscles.  You will leave with a renewed vigour,  an understanding of what makes your business tick and how to move forward.  It’s only 30 minutes, yet this will be the most important call you can make or email you can send.  Can you really afford not to act right now?
“During lockdown I have been struggling to sort my thoughts. I can honestly say I'm on a roller coaster of emotions. Teri gave me a wonderful session today, she really helped me to pull the positives out from all that is out of control... She even gave me homework! Teri is patient and so kind, I highly recommend her”
The Sheldon B&B, Eastbourne
How does it all work?  Is it just mumbo jumbo?  Absolutely NOT!
We know that creativity can:
  • Be inspirational and exhilarating
  • Provide different and effective approaches to finding business and community solutions
  • Explore and share knowledge and understanding
  • Develop confidence, skills and knowledge for you and those around you
  • Provide new opportunities for people of all ages
  • Create a legacy
  • Work!
It’s not all fun and no work, though!
Creativity is essential for problem solving.  Our Creative Edge programme works with businesses and charities offering a distinct and effective approach.  Involving you in the process is key.  We couldn’t do it without you.
We like to think of it as focused fun.  Our ‘Creative Edge’ team:
  • Offers the fully-funded 30 minute clarity call,
  • Develops tailor-made packages that use simple, effective methods to identify and work through challenges from marketing to new product ideas;
  • Provides engaged organisations with a ‘creative tool kit’ for ‘do it yourself’ solutions to use in the future;
  • Offer great team-building sessions too, encouraging shared thinking and ideas that produce unexpected, dynamic solutions and inspirations from within the team;
  • Offers workshops, to groups and individuals, online through Zoom calls or face to face;
  • Offers creative and inspiring event management, turning your conference or event into something very special.
“Creative Force did an absolutely amazing job of organising SpeakUp Forum's Big Event last year with a film theme. It was fun, creative, got people learning and talking. We received tremendous feedback. Would have Creative Force back like a shot!”

Creative Force Community
Our community and education team designs and delivers community projects and workshops with and for people of all ages, abilities, life-styles and cultures.  It’s all about creative exploration whilst developing community resilience.   It’s fun but the impact can be astounding.
We are commissioned to design and deliver work for clients but we also initiate our own community projects.  It’s essential that we plan projects with local groups, schools and partners, then we raise funds to deliver those projects involving local people.  The feedback is amazing!
Check the projects page on our website to see what we’ve been up to.
Most recently, for example,  we fundraised for and delivered the Heritage Lottery Funded (HLF) Gasbags Ahoy! project that worked with children and adults in Willingdon and beyond to discover and reveal facts and stories about Polegate Royal Naval Air Service Airship Station during WW1.  The resulting exhibition and magazine earned fantastic feedback and is available to hire.
We are proud to be the world specialist creative organisation for an extraordinary Victorian artist, botanist and explorer. Exploring Marianne North was a year-long project that delved into the world of this amazing woman who was born locally in Hastings.  Visit our website at for resources created by our team and partners for the project.
Finally, do you need a dynamic and engaging facilitator to deliver your training or presentations?
We believe that it's important for people to leave presentations, training or workshops with the feel good factor and that the time they’ve spent has been really valuable.
Over many years our team has worked as individuals and with Creative Force to deliver training sessions and presentations designed by us or by other organisations.  More recently, these have included:
  • Director Teri Sayers-Cooper delivering the Friends Against Scams training nationally with great feedback for her ability to engage and involve audiences;
  • How Can Volunteering Benefit You? Workshops delivered in collaboration with 3VA and People Matter to engage people in more volunteering. This is available to any group and we are happy to discuss partner funding.
  • An hour-long presentation, Discovering Marianne North, complete with projection equipment to show off the beautiful work of our heroine. Again, available for local groups to hire;
  • Workshops with charities and not for profit organisations through 3VA and East Sussex Volunteer Centre;
  • Eastbourne Community Network workshops;
  • Tugwell Park and Shinewater Park workshops to determine the future of these wonderful open spaces:
 “Creative Force have been a pleasure to work with, are clear communicators and use innovative methods that help engage and enthuse those they work with. The priorities and ideas developed though the creative processes have shaped the direction of the group, and been used to develop the groups constitution and future direction of initiatives for the park"
