Copy Link saved the day for my partner Carole, Helen & Alex went beyond all expectations to help. We needed to scan 25 old photographs for my father in laws funeral and only had a couple of hours to get this done and downloaded. Alex actually turned round from his journey home to go back to the office to meet Carole at 5.30pm. He scanned the photographs on to a flash drive in no time at all. We were able to meet the deadline to get the photographs uploaded to the website just in time. The photo montage was just perfect and the quality fantastic, some of these photos were over 90 years old. This helped to make my father in laws funeral even more special, with his family & friends from all round the world remembering the good times they had all shared. I felt this testimonial was long overdue & figured what better time to deliver it than now, as our President probably needs some cheering up!
I passed a referral to Helen of Copylink via our BNI connect app, that was basically a shopping list of a few bits I needed for the office. I wrote it on the run & really could have ordered online (I was being lazy), however Helen quickly responded with a link to various products that I could choose from on my list.
Helen made it so easy for me to just go straight to their catalogue page & not waste precious time trawling through pages of stuff I do not need, trying to find the product I want.
Within 24 hours I had had my invoice & I expect the delivery will be with me shortly as it always is whenever I place a stationarity order. I never have to worry if I have left it to the last minute to purchase paper or stamps!
Alongside stationary, I also lease a copier from Copylink & whilst Helen is my main point of contact, I also have high praise for her colleagues Harry & Alex ā who also come to my rescue if there has ever been an issue with my machine. I do enjoy watching Harry clean the copier with his feather duster.
They are a cracking team & I feel we are very lucky, not only having Helen in our chapter, but as our President ā her reliability even when sporting a corker of a shiner is plain for all to see & her dedication to our group shines through.
I would not consider going anywhere else, although I do confess to once buying highlighters from Poundland which she promptly pulled me up on!

Having shopped around online in the past for inks I decided to check out the Copylink website to see what I could find. Despite having a small retail printer Copylink still had my inks available and at a very competitive price too.<br>Helen set me up with an account super quick allowing me to place my first order and within a couple of days my inks were ready for collection or delivery.<br>I was extremely happy with the service and will be now switching to Copylink for all my office stationary needs.

I recently contacted Copylink to help me source a new printer for my office.<br><br>The old one was starting to become both unreliable and expensive.<br><br>From the start I found the Copylink team to be responsive in their communication, and very knowledgeable on the broad range of machines they provide.<br><br>Iām not a particularly technical person and was glad to be able to access their expertise with printers - this was much better (and easier!) than trying to work it all out on my own through the confusing features list used by the online shops.<br><br>By askings me some simple questions about how I would be using the printer, the advisor was able to guide me on which features would be genuinely helpful, and which were not needed.<br><br>I would happily recommend Copylink to any business owner / procurement manager looking for genuine advice, great customer care, and fair pricing for high quality printers, copiers and other office equipment.

We've used Copylink for many years now and can only describe their customer service as absolutely impeccable.<br><br>The whole team there are so nice to work with - at their office Helen deals with us and Alex or Harry will visit us to deliver new supplies or fix any issues (issues happen infrequently but when they do, they are very quick to come out and resolve it!). We don't even need to say when we need new toners, they can tell from their end and deliver spares before we even need them.<br><br>I'd recommend Copylink any day of the week, the great thing is they love to get to know us. They know the industry and know how to treat their customers, you won't be disappointed š
