love this cinema me and my partner have prime so we visit alot and it's always been a good experience. slushys are good not as good as tango ones but I must love them alot as I always buy the refillable. seats are fearly comfortable and some staff are very helpful and put up with alot of customer moody moments which I would fly kick them down the elevator for the stuff I've heard said but just shows cineworld staff can keep there cool props to them. oh only thing I think I'd improve on is when you need a loo and you have to hold your drink be nice for a cup holder or stand in toilet and the hand dryer it's not fun doing acrobats in a toilet just so you dont have to put your drink on the floor πŸ˜‚

Last night's visit to see the Star Wars film, 9/1/20, the lift was out of order. Phoned the number on the sign and the Beacon security staff took me up to the cinema via a different route. They also noted the time the film finished and were there to collect me and accompany me safely back down again. Friendly, extremely efficient staff. Thank you so much. Your assistance was much appreciated.

Just a shame you need a mortgage if you are hungry or thirsty

We got there about 15 minutes before the film and joined the queue to get food. There were two groups in front of us and after serving the first group the staff member disappeared without word. We waited about 5 minutes but no-one came. When we asked someone we were told that person was not serving anymore and we needed to join another queue ( which by now were about 5 - 6 people deep). After complaining it got sorted but I would've thought that having full staff available to serve should be a priority just before a film is due to start.

Good seating and picture quality. Sound is good but painfully loud and parking is a pain. Better when it was at the harbour!

Great picture and sound. Perfect visibility BUT no centre rail in some auditoriums and parking and lift arrangements are appalling. Go back to Sovereign Harbour!

Modern, new built cinema. Sound and picture quality were excellent. Cues for food were slow as not enough staff but it was new years eve, in their defence. Seating was standard for modern cinema, lots of leg room, cup holders both sides. Four stars as the cinema was so hot!? I have never been to a cinema that was so warm, its usually the exact opposite, so had to strip to a t-shirt leaving me sat on a pile of clothes for the film.

Now permanently closed. Located in Eastbourne town. The age of the out of town shopping centre is coming to a closeπŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ

Excellent cinema, really comfortable seats where they are slightly reclined. I would say it is too expensive but then all cinemas are nowadays. I would 100 percent recommend if you have meerkat movies as you see most fills for 4.50 with someone else which is excellent value. Food carpark as well with plenty of spaces.

Comfortable seats, but, not as convenient as when at Sovereign Harbour. Quite a trek from the car park, and on both occasions we visited, either the lift was broken, or the escalator wasn't working!! Will be better when surrounding units are rented, as felt like a ghost town in evening!

Modern, clean, comfortable seating, sound too loud unfortunately, steps up to seating, wheelchair access with space at front of steps, big improvement on your average cinema.
