Went there for breakfast. Good attention to service. Great views to the sea.<br>Only slight gripe was that I was told that there was no decaffeinated option for the coffee. Also, no alternative to milk. This came as some surprise to me, given what I had expected. Also, tiny coffee cups which I do find rather annoying, especially for breakfast.<br>The breakfast itself was enjoyable and good value, in my opinion (breakfast offer).<br>I do love the position of the restaurant and the quality of the refurbishment.

Coffee and cake from the takeaway van outside yesterday! The Victoria Sponge was amazing! Coffee was also nice but it was all about the cake! Insane!

Nice location with views, food (locally sourced sea bass) was good if slightly bland. A little chilly even indoors. Lots of tables inside and out. A bit of a wait to order. The waitress' reaction to my request for no potatoes with my meal and extra vegetable sides was brusque and defensive "no substitutions are allowed"! I hadn't actually asked for a substitution, just requested that the fish come without potatoes and then ordered two extra vegetable side dishes from the menu. Listening and not jumping in would have created a far better and friendlier impression.

Nice venue, great views. Selection of beers is ok. We didn't eat but food that we saw looked nice. Nice for adults, wouldn't say it was suitable for young kids. Only downside was they allow dogs.

The restaurant have a great terrace facing the sea. The food was super tasty and the staff was friendly and kind, in particular the waitress Laura. 100% recommended

The waitress saved this place. Her name is Stef. Other than that, decidedly average. Croquettes from Iceland? We were offered a complimentary baguette and it was really bad. Always a shame when taking a French name but continuing to serve average British food!

Second "special occasion" group booking here, second time I've been highly impressed. Lovely food, well presented, good portions, reasonable value. We were messed around a little with our booking due to a slight breakdown in communication during the hectic reopening, but they totally redeemed the forgivable hiccup with excellent service and another great experience.

The bistro was not open but they had a little trailer outside and I had one of the best coffees in a while, served really hot with a friendly service. There are plenty of benches to sit on and admire the spectacular view
