Very nice pre theatre meal but we ordered a baked Camembert starter - very small but 2 of the smallest slices of French bread to go with it - as we had already paid because we were in a hurry and then asked for a slice or 2 more bread we were told it would be an extra 50p and whilst that is not exactly going to break the bank and we said that was fine (the manager did say later they’d take it off and not to worry) it just wasn’t right to charge extra when they was patently not enough bread for the cheese however much we tried to pile it on!

What a difference a few hours makes ! Popped in for the first time late morning - service, staff and drinks were superb. Decided to go back for dinner and was sadly disappointed. Staff, or lack of them, took 20 minutes to get to our table, even though it was not busy. No drinks offered, just what we wanted food wise. Not enamored by the pork which was over dressed with too much mustard (personal choice, I know) but we had already been told there were no more chicken dishes available ! Double vodka and cranberry tasted like cranberry ?? Nightmare trying to change green beans for broccoli !!<br>You couldn't make it up really.<br>Daytime great, evening not so much 😔

A lovely spot by the coast with a nice view overlooking the sea. Perfect for group get togethers as the menu has a variety of options to suit all tastes. Service was friendly and attentive and overall good experience.

Arranged to meet friends from London here as it is beautifully placed to look out over the sea. The service by Alekssandra and the view were excellent. However the battered fish was awful. Mostly batter ( and inside slightly undercooked) and very little fish. Desserts were divine however.I recommend the creme brulèe.

Came for lunch and the food was fine, but I had already eaten half of my fish before they brought the tartare sauce out, and my friend asked if she could substitute one vegetable for a different one in her meal and was told no, unless she paid another £4.75 for it. When I pointed out to the waitress that it probably meant she would never go back, all I got was a shrug. My friend is local, and she took me there for lunch, but she won't be taking any of her other friends there, especially since they really don't seem to care if the customers have a nice experience, or a simple dietary request can't be catered for. We had a nice view of the sea, and the overall experience was average, but not spectacular.

Very nice lunch with my sister on Wednesday. The food was really tasty. Even though the place was almost fully booked the staff were all friendly, despite being rushed. Would definitely come again next time I'm in Eastbourne.

My Family and I travelled down from East Grinstead to try this ocean view restaurant and had a really lovely time. The food was great, reasonably priced and really tasty. The Food came out swiftly and to really put the cherry on top our waitress Ellie or “Ells” as she said was extremely attentive and bubbly. She was great with my kids too. Thanks Ells! Definitely try this place out if you get a chance.

Very nice place by the seaside with a great view to enjoy lunch and plenty of special offers. I would say that to improve, they should replace the water tumblers as they are looking pretty scratched and worn and the serving staff should be briefed of the specials of the day. But overall very pleasant place.

A lovely restaurant on the Eastbourne seafront. Walking distance from the theatres and tennis centre. Good food, good service and good atmosphere. Recommended.
