Great location, 30sec walking to the beach and pier, lot of good eating places nearby.
But the mattresses in the family room we were in really needs to be changed as oon as possible.

We enjoyed our holiday. Our room was good, food very good, staff friendly and very helpful nothing too much trouble. The lift was a total nightmare one lift for 3 floors, they need another one putting in. On the whole excellent holiday and would recommend it. 😊

Better than expected for a 2 star hotel. Food very good, waiting staff excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a good stay in a budget hotel.

My sister and I stayed here for 5 days. We had a balcony and sea front view. We loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady cleaning the rooms was wonderful. Thanks to you all. I would definitely stay here again. I only have one fault and that is there was no fridge. A fridge is badly needed especially in summer.

Stayed here with the family in Room 209 had a lovely view room was dated and slightly tired but all round a very nice pleasant stay. The manager was very accommodating and exceptionally friendly went out of his way to help us with our stay and keep it under budget for us. Only downside was our beds was not changed the whole 5 days we stayed there so would of been nice to of had fresh bedding during our stay. Overall id definitely recommend.

Great shower, balcony a bonus. Room small but bed clean and comfy, plenty of storage room for clothing.
Breakfast cafe's nearby, pity not on site being the only criticism, but not a problem.

Tiny shower room, no pressure to the shower. Room needed a fan to cool it. Tea tray lacked biscuits.

The location is fantastic. It is a two minutes walk from the Town Centre , also close to the train station. The parking permit cost £2 a day.

Very helpful staff when I was stuck for a room and I couldn’t get there until very late. They made me welcome and helped me with my needs. Lovely view from room. Will stay again. Very good price for a night

Had a good stay here. It was last minute and they were friendly and catered our needs. They also have some dog friendly rooms which was nice and comfortable.
The hotel could do with a facelift but we found it a nice little place to stay. There wasn't a lot of parking.

Brilliant location and parking made easy by obtaining hotel parking scratch cards from reception.

I really enjoyed staying here. We had a room in the 3th floor and the view to the see was amazing. The room is really lovely and cozy. We had a bathtub and it was great to have a bath in the end of the day. The location is perfect everything waa near. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel, the food was 2nd to none, the staff couldn't do enough for us .it was such a lovely 5 day break, will definitely re visit. We met so many people with the same view as we have, so with a bit of luck we can all meet up again.

From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Sorted our car parking permit and explained the "system" to us. We had booked x5 rooms for a birthday weekend treat. All the rooms were clean and tidy with a sea view / view of the pier. We had brought a bottle of bubbly to kick start our birthday evening and the staff were quite obliging and offered champagne glasses and an ice bucket for our bottle of booze. Decent of them. Other requests were not a bother as well. The chamber maid was very pleasant and did a great job each day. Overall, we got a great hotel at a very reasonable price with the perfect location.

Aftob Hotel is I excellent hotel hotel great location for shops food outlets the The beach And Other landmarks Rooms are clean are clean good for a weekend away Staff are nice and friendly I will go there again

Great Hotel, lovely friendly staff! Clean rooms!! We were made to feel relaxed and welcome, the location is perfect!! They should be changing more! But I guess the star rating does not allow. Give this place a go and you won't be disappointed! Please remember it is not 5 * but I am Giving it 5***** see you again soon!
