Pleasant stay, a few things missing

Location convenient for seafront. Noisy, could hear other guests from my room.
Only one bath towel, no hand towel or bath mat, so floor wet on stepping out of shower.

Good for a 2 star hotel but with only some slight improvements this could easily be a three star!
Location and ease to get to our rooms - politeness of staff at all times was top and management being on-site was nice to see a familiar face too! We will be coming back :-)
We called for breakfast time but was told it was availalbe only for big events like last week's airshow - that was disappointing because it does say about breakfast on the website and, not specific to events.
Neither was WIFI availalble in any of our rooms which was disappointing but we were promised there woudl be a booster in the hotel for WIFI all around for our next stay in a couple of months so looking forward to that :-)

Stayed here with the family in Room 209 had a lovely view room was dated and slightly tired but all round a very nice pleasant stay. The manager was very accommodating and exceptionally friendly went out of his way to help us with our stay and keep it under budget for us. Only downside was our beds was not changed the whole 5 days we stayed there so would of been nice to of had fresh bedding during our stay. Overall id definitely recommend.

for £61 i didn't expect anything more than I got, clean bed, good shower, tea and coffee in the room, and a decent tv.
you get what you pay for, ergo there was nothing to dislike. A late drink would have been a plus but I don't think they staff the bar?

The staff are wonderful. Super accommodating and very welcoming. Clean throughout.
Unfortunately we needed to move our room as on our last night the balcony room we were given had smokers next to us on their own balcony. I understand it’s not the fault of the hotel and management was very understanding.

Great shower, balcony a bonus. Room small but bed clean and comfy, plenty of storage room for clothing.
Breakfast cafe's nearby, pity not on site being the only criticism, but not a problem.

Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. Was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived.
The only things that could've been better are that the WIFI doesnt extend to the rooms (only the lounge area) and the noise and banging that was coming from the room above us. Where possible in the future if families have small children that are going to use the beds as springboards then maybe they could be allocated rooms on the ground floor (or even the carpark).
