Last Saturday 9th July saw Rykneld Synchronised Swimming Club take part in the ‘Crooked Spire Routine Competition’ and swim away with 3 Gold medals!
Grassmoor Primary School is one of six schools chosen to make the final of the Ronseal Playground Project, a National Competition in order to win a wonderful new playground, worth £30,000! They now need your vote in order to win.

Having not yet experienced the delights of Casa Hotel we decided to pay a visit this week-end. Our evening began with drinks in the Barca Bar and my Watermelon Martini was a deliciously fruitful way to start the evening.....

Some Homes may have already received their new Burgundy Bins, ours will be arriving before the week-end. I, for one, cannot wait! We all know how important it is for the environment to do our bit and this will make it all the more easier.
Well it must be said,what an absolutely fabulous event the Derbyshire Food and Drink Fair 2011 was! If you don't already know this took place at Hardwick Hall and Thebestof Chesterfield had a stall there and were raising funds on behalf of Ashgate Hospice.
