It’s definitely looking a lot like Christmas in Cambridge with many events happening this weekend across all three days including: 

Cinderella at Cambridge Arts Theatre - sing-along tunes, spectacular dance routines, dazzling costumes and classic panto jokes, this is a festive night out for all the family to enjoy! 

North Pole Cambridge Christmas Festival - Skate in style at one of the most stunning open-air ice rinks the UK has to offer and glide around the 600m Ice Rink.  

Santa's Grotto @ Frosts Garden Centre - A unique family experience that lasts just over 45 minutes and is the ultimate way to visit Santa. 

Cambridge College Tour - including Kings and Pembroke Colleges - the Blue and Green Badge Guides bring the history of Cambridge to life with fun facts and great stories. 

In addition to this, the following events are taking place:

Saturday 5th December

 

Cambridge Wine Tasting Experience Day - 'World of Wine' - enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutor, 15 Quality wines, 3 course food and wine matching lunch at St Johns Chophouse. 

Mill Road Winter Fair - The fair is officially opened at 10.30am with a ceremony in Ditchburn Gardens. There’s then a variety of events and activities to keep you entertained for the whole day!

Santa's Grotto Cambridge - visit him in his grotto in the heart of Cambridge where you will get transported into a magical winter wonderland. 

Saturday Tour of the Fitzwilliam Museum - Enjoy a one-hour introductory tour of the Museum’s collections.

Flappy Christmas at Botanic Gardens - Make sure the birds in your Garden have a special Christmas this year by making outdoor tree ornaments for them to munch on.

Maggie's Wallace Christmas Concert - the chorus will be singing a mixture of popular Christmas carols and well known festive songs, and you'll also be able to warm up with mince pies and mulled wine.
 

Sunday 6th December


Santa's Grotto Cambridge
- visit him in his grotto in the heart of Cambridge where you will get transported into a magical winter wonderland. 

Chain Reaction: Destination Space - at this spectacular event, families, schools and local companies will get stuck into building a huge chain of crazy contraptions that launch one another around the room and across the stage. 

And remember there's also lots of events happening in Cambridge throughout the week!
